Your Candidate Is Hired.
Let’s Help Them Succeed.
Finding the right candidate is only the beginning. Finance professionals entering a new role may need additional practical training to adapt to the systems, processes and responsibilities of the workplace.
Neon Training partners with finance recruitment agencies to help candidates prepare for their roles and access structured support after placement.
How we support your placements
- Practical preparation before the candidate starts
- Identification of skills gaps through structured assessments
- Training tailored to the prospective role
- Follow-up coaching after placement
- Additional skills development where required
- Training options for individual candidates or groups
The objective is to support stronger placements, smoother onboarding and improved candidate readiness. We do not promise guaranteed probation success, guaranteed retention or specific placement outcomes.

Support Beyond Day One.
Starting a new finance role can be challenging, particularly when candidates encounter unfamiliar processes, systems or responsibilities.
Neon Training can provide structured follow-up coaching and targeted skills development to help candidates continue building confidence as they settle into their roles.
The scope, duration and availability of post-placement support are agreed with the client. This service does not include individual client accounting, tax or audit advice unless separately agreed.
Support can include
- Scheduled follow-up coaching
- Targeted practical training
- Skills-gap reviews
- Support with agreed training-related questions
- Additional sessions tailored to the employer’s requirements
A simple, practical process.
Four straightforward steps from first conversation to continued development.
Identify the Need
Discuss the role, candidate or team’s training requirements.
Assess the Skills Gap
Identify the practical skills that need attention.
Deliver the Training
Provide structured, role-relevant training.
Support Continued Development
Agree on follow-up training or post-placement support where required.
Progress you can actually see.
Training can incorporate practical exercises and assessments so learners, employers and agencies can see what has genuinely been built.
Practical exercises and assessments
Learning is built around practical tasks rather than theory alone. Where appropriate, programmes include exercises and assessments that reflect the work a learner would do in the role.
Certificates of completion
Where appropriate, learners who meet the stated course requirements may receive a Neon Training certificate of completion or an appropriately described certificate of competence. Certificates and assessments reflect the actual programme completed.
Neon Training programmes are not claimed to be accredited, nationally recognised or endorsed by a professional body. Any accreditation status will only be stated once it has been formally established.
Indicative pricing, tailored to the role.
Introductory prices per candidate, including VAT. Every programme is scoped around the role, the learner and the outcome you need, so your final proposal reflects your actual requirements.
